Chef Mauri is happy to announce that starting this month, Grazie Mauri and the other restaurants under the Mauri Group of Restaurants - Prego Mauri and Vlla Mauri - will each be offering a variety of weekly special value-meals.
According to Chef Mauri, the new value-meal weekly promotion hopes to entice more customers and improve the quality of service at all branches.
"It is important for us to be able to cater to our customers at all times, and to provide them with something different every time is great because we try to satisfy customers with different palates so that they don't get bored of the same dishes all the time," he told the Bulletin.
Other items on their regular menu will still be available, while the items on the value-meal menu will change weekly.
Some of the dishes included in the new value-meal menu for this week are the Chicken Casserole, Linguine Pasta, Jumbo Prawn, Sirloin Steak, Italian Risotto and Lamb Chop at $20 each.
Other weekly promotions include the 'Chef Mauri Special' menu at $28 per person and this menu offers plenty of mouth-watering choices for starters, such as the chicken and eggplant cake, Italian mushroom risotto and the sweet potatoes Gnocchi in sage and butter.
Meanwhile, Chef Mauri has also set up a new setting for the upper floor of his Gadong branch. This area boasts a more intimate setting with dim-lighting, allowing more privacy. It can cater up to 20 people at a time.
Chef Mauri also shared with the Bulletin that he is looking into taking in a new chef from Milan, who will be in charge of the Gadong branch.
